Return & Exchange Policy

At Redbone, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer size or product exchanges only if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Return Process

  1. Email us at  jatinkumarghost2000k@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund.
